What my clients say
When I approached Bradley for life coaching, I was lacking in confidence had little belief in myself. Over the course of 6 coaching sessions, I started to develop self belief, self acceptance and felt much more confident than I did before. Thank you for all your help, Bradley.
I completed 6 sessions of CBT therapy treatment with Bradley. I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression and would shy away from undertaking even the simpliest tasks because I felt unenergetic and wortheless. Bradley was recommended to me by a friend, as a therapist who may be able to help with my issues. When I contacted Bradley, I found him to be understanding and patient but moreover very knowledgable of the causes and symptoms of my conditions. I continued therapy with him and within 4 sessions I started to notice differences in myself - I felt more confident and was willing to pursue goals I could only dream of achieving. I am so grateful for Bradley's help and would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing personal issues. Once again thank you Bradley!
